	Neil The innovator. And the boss! Bio Steam is his idea. Neil loves new technology and is constantly looking for new ways to improve things, so far he hasn’t found anything better than steam…..
	Richard The ex-tradie, and accounts manager Richard knows how to get the best use out of each machine. He loves to demonstrate on site and show customers how to get everything extremely clean. Our gum cleaning specialist.
	Paula The scientist who gets nerdy over numbers Don’t be scared – she really is quite fun. Paula is Girl Friday who does a bit of everything, call her for parts and dispatch. Guess who does the books?
	Charlene Sales and service Charley is our glamorous blonde, with her hospitality background she really understands why steam is so useful in kitchens, and so important in front of house, she is constantly amazed over the other uses steam can be used for.
	Matthew The boy with the toys. Spare parts and accessories. Matthew helps out part time, he gets to lift heavy things and carries out minor repairs should we need him.
